Anyone ever used or known someone to use cbd’s? Got a buddy trying to quit smoking cigarettes and had a plan to use cbd’s to help.
From some stuff I’ve read it claims to help with anything from adhd to anxiety to depression. What’s the OT’s opinion on em?

I take them sometimes to balance out edibles. Never heard of them being used to quit smoking but who knows?

CBD is the abbreviation for cannabidiol. Recently, research has shown CBD to have analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-anxiety properties without the psychoactive effects.

Weed always made me paranoid. Probably wouldn't as much as an adult though. I plan on smoking it again when I retire.

CBD is the component that counteracts that. That's why I take it with edibles.
