reLeaf Therapy in the Central/Baton Rouge area is by far the best place to go. I think someone else on this thread mentioned them already. Excellent customer service and they sell USDA products. I'm a huge fan of their hemp flower and my wife uses their oils on a daily basis. Their owner will take the time to explain everything and answer any questions.
