There are few holes where they dredged near the southshore that were up to 80' deep. Likely have filled in with sediment over time but likely still 50-60' deep.

There is a scour hole at Seabrook (it's artificial as the Industrial Canal was dredged about a century ago) and naturally at Manchac, the Rigolets & the Chef. Those three passes have areas in them which the water depth is much deeper than 20'.

Type of truck?
Eta: Middle of the Lake isn't deep. Probably 10-14ft. I've been on the bottom in many places. Next to the causeway is probably 20
