Wasn’t aware of Catahoula Parish until reading this. Odd that they would need a curfew

That’s why this state is so corrupt

64 is too many parishes. We need to consolidate

Yeah, it’s a very rural parish. Not sure why they jumped the gun to announce it first, but they did. My guess is that there has been a statewide internal memo and we’ll all be shutting down soon.

Unless you're having to work, in which case you aren't asleep. Makes total sense.

I fail to see what curfews accomplish during a virus outbreak, at times of the night when businesses are closed anyway and gatherings are already limited.

My only thought is that it's an incremental step towards total lockdown and they're trying to "soften the blow" for when it does finally come.

It actually is. Desoto’s European dogs bred with Native dogs and created the Cur.
