re: Cat finds new home after walking 12 miles back to family who rejected him

A neighbor in New Orleans had three Huskys, all had been abandoned by their owners and when anyone found a Husky, they would call him.
He had an alpha male, a beta male and a neutered female. Part of his house was raised and had a crawl area underneath and that's where the three dogs lived much of the day. Winter month they would come out and at dawn and dusk. They also had access to his garage with a cool cement floor.

He kept them flea threated and heartwormed and they thrived.
