Carpet in the house is a couple of years old and have found a few pet urine stains in certain areas. I'm thinking of renting a carpet shampoo machine or either using Chemdry to come out and take care of everything. Anyone had experience with Chemdry and their urine removal from carpet?

I've never rented one, but I worked for my neighbor's carpet cleaning business back in high school. Professional cleaning works. I remember the first time we cleaned the carpet in a restaurant, it was simultaneously amazing and disgusting. We were having to change the water every 15-20 square feet.

my experience with the rental units is that they work fairly well, but it is just too much trouble to keep changing water, etc. I also found that the detergents and that kind of shite added to the cost a lot more than I expected.

I would just bite the bullet and pay a professional to clean your carpet...unless you only have one room to do or something like that.
