Carpenter ants

Found some only on my soffit and fascia board. Followed them to a small hole in the screen vent that is tacked to a joist. There is a small hole in that joist they are going into and out of. Havent seen them inside. Anyone else in BR have this? If so, what exterminator did you use? I understand they are hell to get rid of.

i just point out problems, i dont fix them.

Not all exterminators are the same from my experience.
