No. I have faith in multiple layers of redundancy. We don't have centralized control like totalitarian regimes. Our field level officers will be able to make their own decisions. Hundreds of captain level guys will be turning their batteries loose. Even if our command and control is disrupted. Even is communications are jammed. Even if the software crashes. These guys train for this every month. I'm talking about high school graduates with 5-7 years of experience making $35,000 a year. They're up against conscripted, malnourished, illiterates being paid in rice and rancid pork scraps.
The outcome isn't really in doubt.
