Capital One Banking: Accounts Having Issues!

Damn! I searched "capital one" and it gave me "no results."
Sorry...
I saw this on my fb feed this morning. I tried to log in, but I seem to have no access. I am getting a technical issue error message now.
Some people say they can't use their cards or access the atm.
