Ancestor of mine died in that disaster. I have never been to last island although its on my to do list

I’ve noticed over the years how they probably knew 1-2 days before back in the day.

If you notice birds flying not during migration and if you see the clouds moving fast.

The old saying of ‘a storm is coming’ I figure was based on people noticing these things.

Ya know before iPhones/TV, people happened to be outside all the time lol
