Can we fill in the blanks for Ötzi the Iceman

We know a lot about his last days 5400 years ago in the Italian alps, but we don’t fully know exactly how it went down.
Let’s start with what we do know.
He was a 5’3 German Italian man.
He was lactose intolerant and had Lyme disease. We know he had serious levels of illness 3 times within 6 months of his death.
We know he had arsenic in his hair from copper smelting.
We know several of his tools and weapons were broker or unfinished.
We know that he had blood particles of 4 people including himself on weapons and clothing.
We know he ate ibex the day before his death and bacon an hour before his death.
We know that he had three weapons.
We know he was moving vast distances in the three days before his death. At 72 hours til death, he was at an elevation of 8 k feet.
Then we know he returned to an elevation of 4 k feet with evidence he had returned to habitual climate.
And then he died at an elevation of 10 k feet.
He had an axe. A man unfinished bow and arrows, and a knife with him.
Ötzi may have had broken ribs. We can’t say for sure because that damage may have happened after his death. We do know that he was stabbed in the hand 3 days before his death and he had other smaller cuts.
We know he was shot in the shoulder with an arrow. We also know near to the same time he suffered an extensive head wound from a heavy impact. We cannot say for sure which was the lethal wound.
We also know he was probably trashy. He had 61 tattoos and he had gridded away most of his teeth. He may have been upper middle class though thanks to the axe.
Also, the tattoos may have been a form of early acupuncture.
So, what is your interpretation of all of this

Sounds like he was traveling/hunting and ran across some ruffians who were about. All the travel leads me to believe they spotted him and they got into a tussle. He then tried to evade a group for a few days before they caught up to him and ended him.

He probably didn't know what an umlaut was much less apply it to his name.

But he had other people’s blood on him too! I wandered if he was a criminal on the run and these guys chased after him

Right. He ran across a group, got into a scrap with them, escaped and evaded for a few days while possibly injured. The group tracked him down and killed him.

I think he ran into rival tribe members whomever they could’ve been, got into a scuffle with them, ended up wounded. Attempted to make an escape, but the weather took a turn for the worse, got caught up a snow storm, which ended his life. If his rivals were hot on his trail, they would’ve looted him when he died.

Well, we know he shot two people with his arrows.
And someone removed the arrow shaft from his body before he died.
