I'm reading "Leading a Non Anxious Life," before I give it to GF's teenager, who has what I consider run of the mill 17 year old anxiety, but to her it's catastrophic. Newly empty nesters, and you don't think that the massive change in your daily routine, not seeing your last child multiple times a day wasn't going to set your brain on fire? And don't forget, your wife may be going through the same thing, but it expresses itself differently, so don't forget to take her on that journey of learning how to address it. Head on.
