I was only joking....but that's impressive. Sure storage conditions played a big part in it such as consistent temperatures, well that's really the only thing I can think of that would have an affect on a canned item.

For most Americans that get hardly any nutrients from their diets, some absorption is better than none.

Some studies have suggested multivitamins can raise one's risk of mortality. Unless your diet is really crappy, you get enough without supplementation.
