Can I fly from SFO to MSY right now?

The only flight restrictions right now are pretty much:
1. Don't be sick.
2. Is there a flight going where you want to go?
Airline flights are down BIGLY (the wife's employer usually has around 1k flights per day, right now they are operating just over 100 per day and the other airlines are seeing very similar percentage drops). So it can be done, it's just a matter of finding a flight and hope it doesn't get cancelled.

I'm seeing if I fly into Texas we have to sign a form saying we will self quarantine. Obviously there's no way they can enforce that. We've also thought about just driving and staying a few weeks with family.
