Up everyday by 6 am.... With or without an alarm. Doesn't matter anymore. Feel like this started about a year or so ago. I'm 33 fwiw. Must be an old person thing. Sucks.

Sort of miss being able to sleep my happy arse until 11 o'clock on the weekend.

I actually tried to sleep in this morning as the wife got up with the kid and they were making pancakes. I jus laid in bed though and couldn't go back to sleep. Sucks.

Yep, it's a mental problem. What I do is wake up at 5, eat breakfast and then have sex and go back to sleep at around 7 and sleep for another 3 hours.

Me. Normally wake up between 6:30-8 for school and rotation. Still find myself waking up between 7:30-8:30 even wirhout an alarm

One perk of working nights.

You never have that "ugh I'm waking up way too early for work" feeling.

I don't mind getting up early on my days off...gives me more time to do stuff.

I've always had this problem. I'm tired as hell regardless of how early I go to bed on weekdays. On weekends I can sleep for 4 hours and be wide awake at 6:30 AM.

I don't mind though. The day feels so much longer the earlier you wake up before noon.
