So you'd rather doctors just ignore obvious signs of a serious condition and send people home to die? Great idea.
For his sake I hope he never has to go to the docotor with a life threatening condtion and get the same type service I did.

I find it shocking that the ER doc didn't figure it out.
Get used to seeing situations like this as mid levels start taking a larger roll.

And she was not a lung doctor either. I'd say she had to be in her late 40s, early 50s.

But there are ways it can go outside of those constraints....not easy, but they exist. Going outside of standard of care

Hey I know I have fricked with you a lot but that was a bummer to read and I hope you get well soon. When shite gets real with posters I try to think about how they are when they aren't on TD and I bet you are as nice as anyone offline so you need to live because of that but really the main reason I want you to live is I can say with almost 100% certainty that I will never meet a dude who spends hours a day online posing as a biker and googling facts about WW2 while sitting in some dumpy house in a shite chair wearing mom jeans!
ETA: but for real I hope it works out
ETA2: if you died who would do the mudchecking?
ETA3: #ballpeenhammer

Use your biker connections to threaten the doctors out of the money. There are no lawyer or court fees that way.
Jesus darth, think a little.

The only person that sounds liable is the radiologist bc CHF is visible on plain chest X-Ray. FYI even with flu or pneumonia most general physicians will put you on a diaretic if you are swelling and that would have been ultimately what the cardiologist did.
Eta: that also does not mean you never had pneumonia either. Many cases are co-morbid so there most likely was no "mid-diagnosis" just the radiologist missed the heart swelling when reading the film and sending the report to the doctor. The treating doctors are in no way liable.
