I approve of this. Smokers need to be inconvenienced as much as humanly possible without actually making tobacco illegal. It's a nasty and trashy habit that raises costs of healthcare on everyone even if they don't smoke.
Can't believe people are still stupid enough to smoke when there's oceans full of data, anecdotes, and information that shows how fricked up it is.

I'd be okay if you bled out from your vagina.

The same argument can be made for alcohol.

Annual healthcare spending in the US:
Alcohol related problems: 22.5 billion
Cigarette smoking: 170 billion
Alcohol related economic cost comes from loss of workplace productivity.

I agree with the idea and logic behind it. But I think it's absurd to tell a legal adult that they can't do something legal for all other adults. They did put in an exemption for active military, which makes it a double standard.
Someone 18 should be allowed to do anything that a 40 year old.
I fricking hate smoking. Its a stupid thing to do and it sucks arse to be around people who do. But, if it is legal, people should not be told they cant do it. If they dont want people smoking, then make it illegal.
Saying a person can vote but cant smoke is just dumb as shite

Easy then. You fight for your country and you get to snoke early. Fair trade.

They should let anybody smoke regardless of age. But cigs should be 37 dollars a pack.
Well, if you believe in that whole capitalism thing this country was founded on, then no it shouldn't. It should be what the market says it should be. Thanks for pushing your short-minded agenda on everyone else though because you don't agree with something. This attitude is why the conservative party is such a clusterfrick and is the exact opposite of what it's supposed to stand for.

They can still rent a car, they just have to pay more than a 25+ year old
