I tried to have that taken down because it's a caricature of me but they threw out the damn suit

That one has a root for sure . But the one that fell looked like it was just balancing on the rocks.

You realize that is not usual summer temps?
Summertime it's usually average high of 100-105
Also....you put up with the summer to have perfect weather the rest of the year. Ex:highs of lower 70s in January and February with lots of sunshine and not a drop of rain while everyone else is freezing.

Neighbor's house in the pic sold for around 430K.
So she owned it 4 years and sold it for $180k profit. Not bad.

frick that...just put down some field turf...at least the kids can play on it
Absolutely. If Astro-turf was good enough for the Brady family, it's good enough for the desert kids in Arizona

Decent astroturf is pretty pricey out here.
I would not be against having that in my backyard when we bought a house if we could afford it. I have friends that have it in their backyards and they (and their kids and dogs) love it.
Easy to maintain. Would just have to be the kind that is dog friendly(like they can't dig it up, won't discolor when peed on, etc).

Jesus that sounds fricking miserable. Why would anyone want to live in that hell hole?

I am assuming she listed her own house. If so, she has a kind of cute face and a nice figure. Are all those kids hers?
