The bottom line is you're being irrational every time you bring up Air Force 1, trailer tires that are designed to be retreads, etc. but you don't care because your mind is made up. So to you all of us are stupid even though you can't provide anything but links that are from retread sellers or studies funded by retread sellers.

Where do you think the .gov gets their money to test this shite? I've worked for government pavement testing facility, and you know who funds these studies? Because I do.

Just get used tires. They're cheaper than new, and if you buy new tires they'll be "used" in a few miles anyway. Think about it, if a new vehicle gets totaled the tires are still good.
