Cool. Thanks everyone. Basically hope that the dealer has their shite together and let them handle it.

Watch out if it’s a used car with the Texas laws. It’s almost an as-is.

I just bought a new Ram from Peters in Longview. Sent them pictures of my trade, they got tint and bedliner sprayed, then delivered the truck to my house near BR and took my trade back. They are handling all of the ttl. Best buying experience I've ever had.

I’m in process of buying a used one from Arkansas. They said I’d have to pay tax and registration fees at DMV. My question is if I pay tax on difference from trade and new used vehicle like I’d do at an La dealer or they’d tax it different since it’s an out of state purchase if that makes sense?
