Seeing these gifs makes me lol. It also leaves me with more questions than answers.
I guess my most pressing question is this: who in the hell thought it was a good idea to light a bull's horns on fire? Somebody actually signed off on this without consulting the bull and asking him if it might just happen to piss him off if they set part of him ablaze?

The Ancient Phoenicians had a sport/ceremony where they would vault over the horns of a bull. This looks like an ill advised attempt to recreate that.
