I’m sure a bunch of people did. Riders hang throws on nails on the inside of the float...doubling a bead back through itself is not a noose.

Oh I have no idea. I was offered to ride in it for free, with all the throws and costume and stuff already paid for, and I turned it down. If I had been given a bag of those to throw I wouldn’t know who to give them to. The drunkest guys? They’ll likely do racist shite with them...little girls? IDK. I want no part.

I have 35 mutual friends with the mom on FB, but I don’t know her personally. Cops are saying it wasn’t a Nereids float. Going to text my friend that is a Waveland City Council member and see what’s going on..
