Not as well known but he scored several Spike Lee movies and they are friends.

Hornsby toured with the Grateful Dead from 1988 to 1995 (Garcia’s death).

Played the piano on Don Henley’s “End of the Innocence” and Bonnie Raitt’s “I Can’t Make You Love Me Anymore” as well.

Helluva musician.

Great guy. We attend the same tailgate party before the football games. Was hanging around with him for a good while before the Ole Miss game (or was it Alabama?) Happy birthday.

Saw him in the pmac two games ago.. he was in town visiting his son Keith who just moved back…. Keith was with his wife and child and bruce was being grandpa..

He hung out at our tailgate w Keith Bama game. Really nice guy.was cool to talk w him.
