Lots of good guys are getting out because of this right here. Same thing happened in New Orleasn a while back, and they're still feeling it.

I typically hate unions but the BRPD union will be absolutely essential for the survival of the PD. The mayor will hang them out to dry at the drop of a hat so they're going to need all the backup they can get.
