Think that scenario is solved by requiring advance notice to the public on checkpoints.
Simple part of the law that is ignored. Should have the dwi's all thrown out and the supervisor in questioned fired.
Anything less shows a lack of commitment to upholding the law.

If the agency in charge of enforcing the law bends the law to their advantage and the person breaking the law twist it to their advantage what good is having laws?
Problem with Baton Rouge is no one is accountable for the rouge Baton Rouge City Police Officers. They break the same laws that they expect the average citizen to follow.
