Any opinions on this subdivision? Have an opportunity to get a lot fairly good deal. Asking price for lots at this point are $150k. I won't be paying that much.

I am looking for real responses...Not going on and on about OT rich or the ridiculous normal responses that can be expected..

I just looked it up, looks to be south of the mall, on the left. Backing up to Fenwood subdivision.

If that's the case there was a lot in Fernwood for sale about a month ago, I'd buy that before anything in this new place

How much was the Fernewood lot?

I am looking to build a 3400 sq. ft. home in Lafayette...This is one of the few subd. that would have compareable built homes. It goes for over $210/sq. ft. for new construction. Location is perfect...You can come out on Johnston street or ambassador in two locations and the new South City Parkway will be going right behind it eventually...Easy access.

Decent neighborhood. I would take the place in Fernwood first. Also, they are building some places a little further south in a new neighborhood. It has Johnson St access and access to E Broussard (733)
