Well, while the part about her being crazy now is true. I think the rest of your sentiment is a bit too negative.

When we first flew into Iraq, we quickly had a follow on flight to a camp where we stayed for a week or two. After getting our stuff put away I found out there was a small gym there. I changed into PT gear, grabbed my rifle, went to the gym and that song was playing on a loop, on a CD player. I'll never forget it. Was a weird feeling to know we'd just landed in a combat zone, could see some tracers from windows in the helo, and in a matter of minutes, here was this Timberlake song on loop in a gym.
