Tulane/LSU law professor Yiannopoulos had a special stash of old exams he didn’t include in the normal exam bank. You had to know whom to ask. (He liked to tell the girls who visited his office.)
Totally shady.
Anyway, his property exam in 1998 was in that typeset. And comparing it to the old exams, all he’d do is have his secretary white out a few details and type over it to nominally change the exam from the ones of decades previous. Absurd.
