I was curious on this one, so I looked into it. Apparently those are carom billiards tables.

That reminds me of a mexican place we stopped at last year east of austin. We ordered heuvos rancheros (9:30ish) and they just dropped chips off at our table and some sorry salsa, after it was all said and done they charged us 10$ for the chips. I zeroed out the tip and left a note to take the tip out of the chips. I can understand costing more near austin, but don't pull a chip scam on me.
