I hope they can get their gas station right....I went to the Circle K down the street a few weeks back for the first time in 10-15 years....it was solid.

But seriously....anybody with a lick of common sense and work ethic should be able to make money at that place especially since it is only a 285K investment. Hell put in a drive through, get better service, fix the bathrooms, serve colder beer....that would be a damn good start.

Several friends of mine used to work there as well.

I'm blanking on who told me this in the past week, but I want to say I was told the owner was given $10k to fix the place up a little and they pissed the money away instead. Only thing they bought with it was a POS system, which they desperately needed, and it was never installed.

I lived across the street a few years back and thought I'd be in there all the time, but I only went one time in the 2 years I lived there.
