I believe that is the building formerly known as Mud and Water. I never went but it looked nice from the pictures I saw.

Delgado owns it, he was holding court there first time I went by.
It's OK. I would rather go to Red Star or Radio Bar. I know more bartenders and customers at those places. They have Founders All Day IPA on draft, which ain't bad.
