Still, the video shows the type of overreaction that BRPD are known for when dealing with crowds of drunk people. Funny considering that just down the road, the NOPD for all its shortcomings is widely known as one of the best departments in the country for dealing with crowd control.

It would probably serve BRPD well to get some training from their New Orleans brethren for dealing with these types of situations.

You're right. How dare we ask the media to investigate our police department. By all means let them investigate themselves. They certainty wouldn't lie to us and protect their own.
