BR area AT&T customers: did you have to re-setup your voicemail?

I'm noticing that myself and others in the office have all lost our voicemail, and we are having to set it up as if it was never done.

My Mom had to re-setup her voicemail in Lake Charles.

I read that AT&T is giving a discount. Is this going to be credited to our bill or do you have to request it. I just got my bill today. It doesn't say anything about a discount or requesting one.

Good question. AT&T is doing themselves a huge disservice by not communicating anything to their customers. I only noticed my voicemail was reset b/c a co-worker told me they were having problems. AT&T is obviously aware of things like this. How hard would it to have been to send out a text to their customers informing them their voicemail got wiped out??
