I believe teachers know when bullying occurs and 90% of the time they choose to turn a blind eye to that fact. There are enough teachers in my family for me to know this is common practice among teachers within that community. I've gotten into it with some of them in the past for admitting they usually don't report it or do anything about it simply because they have too much on their plate already trying to get through their entire lessons in a day while completing their other tasks the state has put on them.

So do I believe they can PREVENT all bullying from happening? Absolutely not because not all bullying happens at school. But do I believe teachers almost always know it happens, see it happen, and ignore it unless it's REALLY bad or is seen by other teachers? I KNOW this is common practice among the teaching community.
