Took a walk on Bourbon and around the FQ after my bag lunch today. Vibe is eerily post-Katrina, with some places already boarded up.
Still plenty of street people, but fewer “targets” for them. This morning someone from the Orleans Sheriff’s Office was on WWL noting that they need to keep it from spreading in the prisons and to expect those charged with minor crimes to receive a summons and be released. Strange times.
