Probably someone with a lot of money who hauls a gooseneck horse trailer across country twice a year.
I know a guy like that. He has a f350 specifically to take his wife horseback riding on their horses in Oregon every year otherwise he never uses it.

Ford/Navistar screwed multiple things up on these engines from the factory, so "bulletproofing" is the process of rectifying these problems. Can cost $10k+ depending on whether it's a 6.0L or 6.4L Ford and what is or isn't already wrong with it.
