Boomtown (Shreveport) parking garage flooding

Apparently the 1st floor is now flooded and water is moving up the the 2nd. The person who took the pic at around 10pm said the levee may have broken..not sure if that's true

My second job was a valet at Casino Magic (now boomtown). The bottom level of the garage flooded two times when I was there and we knew about it well in advance. It's flood more times since. That's where we normally parked the cars.
Its doubtful anything was parked down there and if it was that would be a huge stupid mistake. The bottom of the garage has flooded at least six times in its history. It's right on the river and very low. Water has never flooded into the second level of the garage. If it did the boat and casino would flood as well. The casino and boat are built way up in the air and it has never flooded. The ramps into the parking garage are also built up so I bet every one of those cars can drive out..
The River is high but this has been dealt with many times in the past. The boat has never shut down because of a flood.
