That vacancy will be a real eye sore there. Nice shopping center.

I keep expecting the one on Monroe to close along with Best Buy.

It took them this long to realize folks in LA can’t read?

Yeah he must have that mixed up with another Citiplace. I was in that Barnes and Noble a few weeks ago getting a book for my kids for school.

And yet the mall will be packed in a couple of weeks for Christmas shopping.

I don’t get it.

Obviously some will survive but I think the bleeding is far from over. Some people still prefer the experience of shopping in a store.

Unreal.

You know, whilst i was in law school at Cornell, we had a B.A.M. right off campus. It was a nice place to get away from the hubbub of status quo ivy leaguers and enjoy some warm folger's and a piece of nonfat coffee cake.

I tremble at the thought of my fellow Cornellians one day not having access to such an amenity. We need to keep places like this in circulation and help them thrive.

City Place in West Palm Barnes and Noble is now a gym. I thought this was a South Florida thread because there is a Towne Center in Boca Raton

Love me some Ithaca. Looking at some investment property at the moment near the campus. I think it’ll make a great addition to my real estate portfolio.

Absolutely Paul. Some lovely cottages a stone's throw from campus. August-September would be a great time to Air BnB it out.

Such a splendid time of year in Tompkins County. Love to smell the air outside while drinking my almond milk latte.
