I'm gonna go tomorrow if it's like this, it's just 2 hours away and someone would have to drive me and I don't want to ruin the vacation for others. This is so gay.

Try some of your peptides. Maybe it will straighten out your front and back

Take Motrin. Double the dose every 4 hours. Heating pads work well.

You are going to be screwed up for a few days it will slowly improve. Once you get better work on strengthening your abdominal muscles. Then work on strengthening your lower back.

Welcome to being middle aged. It sucks.

Lay on the ground and prop your lower legs up on a chair (thighs should be a 90 degree angle with your trunk) place a few pillows under your legs in bed to accomplish the same position when sleeping.

The next few days/weeks are going to suck. Primary objective should be pain control and gentle stretching when you are up to it.

I went through this a few years ago. It took 6 months to feel "normal".

Yeah my first thought was that you need to strengthen your core muscles.

I wouldn't go to the ER. Diagnosis of just muscle spasms and you're responsible for the bill.

Try massaging it out. I sometimes have to use a hard metal can like hair spray or a large can of vegetables. Put the can on the floor and roll back and forth over the can concentrating on the spasm. I also just keep the can in place on an area...treating it like a pressure point.

I would not go to a hospital.

but, if you can make it to a clinic...not likely on the 4th

you won't find a chiropractor either til monday

just try some slow n easy stretching....if you feel pain stop ,and don't try that move again.

nobody knows your back as well as you do......just do it slow and easy, no sudden moves

good luck

My back is out too 480.Chasing my 6 yr old Great-Niece around for 2 weeks.

I'm taking Morphine and still can't stand up straight.

The Soma ought to loosen your back up some.

Get on the ground/floor and do a lot of stretching.Pull your knees to your chest.Rock back and forth.

Tilt your knees to one side and stretch your upper body to the other side.

You're probably suffering muscle spasms. It will just take some time.

Maybe it won't last too long.

if you can walk, then walk

once you are up n around, you'll need to get used to walkin to strengthen up abdominals and back

work up to 20min a day......it'll grow on you and you'll miss walking.

best wishes gettin goin

Since 480 seems to be taking care of his back now, what do you guys think I should do about the pain this tendon tear is causing?
