It really is.

And, it goes beyond black people. Whites have been conditioned to just accept the race baiting as normal as well. So, it goes unopposed to a great degree.

When you stop and realize that this has been going on for a generation (successfully), you start to wonder if there is anything that can change it. When rationality is not a part of the equation, you have an environment that is ripe for control...and an environment that allows for a group to literally vote against its best interests. This is how we are where we are. The black population has suffered for a long time financially and socially because they have been conditioned to place racism above everything else.

There is a HUGE incentive for the political party that currently "owns" the black vote to maintain the status quo. And, you can see it in their responses as clear as day if you listen. The most racist people in this country are the white people who play the race card for their personal/political gain.
