It would be, and yet there are no pictures of that. If you Google the incident, there are no references to anyone being urinated ON, other than accusations coming from people like us, on social media.
I did see one report that the urine had "splashed on people" and maybe it did. I can't prove one droplet didn't land on someone's clothes. It could have, but "urinates on white child" seems wrong to me- on MULTIPLE levels, at least one more of which has already been hinted at here. Remember my selection of the word "machismo."
The precise story given by OP is much less likely, in my mind, than the scenario where the accused was diabetic or drunk and became incontinent, and then he got the crap beat out of him for it... because that's what happens to incontinent people in third world shitholes.
