The interviews were already filmed..The whole shite show was set to air later this month..

Hmmm...the fact he's seeking fame is a bit sketchy imo.At this rate, we might as well release all the identities of SEAL Team Six [If they are not currently on assignment].

I hope they ask him why OBL was buried at sea, out of Muslim religion respect allegedly, and not paraded around the country for every American to slap the body with a flip flop as any country there would have done, and has. Looking at you Somalia.

Can we start a pool on which one-liner he dropped right after he shot Bin Laden?

It's so people cannot make a memorial of his gravesite and visit it

O'Neill's decision to speak out was prompted by losing some of his military benefits by quitting the SEALs after 16 years rather than staying for a full 20 years of service.
This doesn't seem like it should surprise the retiree, isn't that pretty standard practice?

Not everyone on team 6 was involved in the raid, and not everyone would be on assignment at once. There is literally a couple of hundred active team six members

I should have clarified my sarcastic statement. *Everyone who was involved in the raid of OBL compound.

Usually a "team" has around 120-150 people involved in its operation

A servicemember who chooses to retire with 15 years of service will receive a little more than 35 percent of his or her basic pay over the lifetime of their retirement. This is about 14 percent less than those who get the 50 percent for serving the full 20 years.

Must be new math huh?

And...didn't he know the stipulations beforehand?
If I'm told I don't get max retirement until 20 years, do I get to quit anytime and then bitch?

Team 6 has less, but more than 2500 SEALs are split into 9 teams, so it is closer to between 250-300

Why should this guy take any more credit than the rest of the team for taking the kill shot?

If you hadn't killed him someone else that night would have.
It's like being on the goal line first down in the quarterback hands it to the fullback and he scores a touchdown. He was given that touchdown.
