While it is understood that he has the money, I doubt he has the time to get that many tickets, with less than four hours until the drawing...unless he's purchased them already.

Yeah he's gonna be disappointed when he gets to 7-11 with his 100k looking to get 100k tickets.
And you can go to a lottery office with $100k and tell them you want 50,000 tickets and they can pretty quickly get you a printout of your numbers.

This probably one of the best investments I've seen made this week. The return he is going to make on all those 2 dollar wins will be insane. He will have to hire a full time accounting staff to figure out how to calculate up all those numbers.

Well, after taking the cash option, which is an estimated $930MM - let's just say 50% in taxes, then that would leave him with roughly $465MM. Minus the initial $100K, he would be sitting at $464,900,000.
So he would 464,900,000 times more of a douche...
