My brother was a lifetime Harley aficionado, went to Harley School in AZ for two years and was a master mechanic so I met a lot of guys in "clubs" from Christian to 1%ers. Plenty of good fellas and plenty of dirt bags.
I always found it a bit desperate and infantile, grown men trying so hard to prolong the teen "badass" thing. Anybody who effects a persona of any kind, a certain bike, certain clothes, certain language just seems like arrested development to me. Not to mention that group psychology is for sheep and weaklings. But to each his own.

No, wrong Japanese company. It's the other one.

Bikers come from all walks of life.

Anyone in the biker life that's doing it for those reasons is very misguided about what being a biker is about.

That is a HA reference.
What would your club think about your sig being "81 until I die". Wouldn't they have an issue with that big time?

You have to be part of a subculture to really understand that subculture. Just giving you some personal impressions.

No. It's a sig pic on a message board and it's a tribute to a family member. He had those words tattooed across his chest.

By other one, do you mean Honda,(GL 1100) Kawasaki (GPZ 1100) or Suzuki (GS 1100)?
Am I thinking too far back?

Still, you are saying you are a Hells Angel until you die when you aren't even a member of that OMG!

No I'm not. It's a sig pic for a close relative from my childhood who died not long ago. One of the main things I remember about him from when I was a kid was that huge tattoo he had. Thus the sig tribute to him.
It's my sig pic. It means what I want it to mean, not what you want it to mean.

Retired S.A. detective arrested in the Waco shootout.

I love how piggies want to talk about how dangerous bikers are but then have cop MC's that dress like them and try and act like them when they retire. Even most cops who go undercover just want to play biker rather than do real police work.

Good point. The biggest MC in the world is a cop club.

According to their website, they've got jsut under 20,000 members. That's about twice the size of the big four 1%er clubs COMBINED.

Close. I believe it was the bike that preceded this one.

It's easy to have numbers when you can just order your patch online. Just ask the Iron Order.
