A previous employer had a giant fish tank in the lobby. They had to bring a scuba diver in a couple times a month to clean it.
The annual bill to maintain and service it was close to $100k.

Memory serves me that it was built in 2015. The amount of maintenance and stuff on the brink of needing to be replaced on a residence like that could add up fast. God bless the future buyer.
