The mask and helmet is covering most of his face. The eyes look different for some reason. For me the big question mark arises from his posture and stature. The man on that bike looks stronger, better posture. It really does look like it could be a different person and there is absolutely zero reason for them to wear masks in that situation.

Our President is significantly more likely to die from a falling of that bicycle than COVID considering he is vaccinated and his physical health.
