A couple of years ago I was crossing the bridge with my kids - one of my daughters kept meandering into the bike lane, oblivious to anyone around her as she snap chatted etc - she was 14; old enough to obey a traffic law. A guy almost runs over her - her fault - and as he passes he kicked her. My son freaks out wants to kick arse etc - I say, baby mercy, will you watch what your doing from now on?? She said yep. Problem solved.
