Is the realization of failure after pouring all your energy into making something work a source of the emotional aspect of divorce for women?
Most men I’ve known have seemed almost relieved after their divorce got finalized (as long as kids weren’t involved).

I didn’t want it. I fought like hell to save things. So was just utterly crushed.
Then he just acted horribly between time he filed (oct) and last Friday. Showed me his true colors and nature and lied about so much.
So it was just a combo of both for me.

I took my best friend to Pensacola for 4 days after his divorce. What’s wrong with having a reason for a guys trip? We had a great time.
