I would give it the Mike Vick signature move. Raise it over my head and then body slam as hard as possible.

My sister was attacked by two pits while walking her border collie. Her dog did his best to fight them off until a neighbor ran over and threw them off of her like rag dolls. She was lucky he was there, but they still tore her foot/ankle up.

When I was a kid a pit bull charged me when I was riding my bike and knocked me down. He tried to attack me when I was on the ground so I just started kicking at his face as hard as I could (I was sitting on my arse) I got a couple good kicks in and he whimpered a little so I jumped up and delivered one last kick as hard as I could to the side of his head. Pretty sure it almost knocked him out because he ran off and was swaying all over the place. So my advice if you get attacked is to fall on your arse and start kicking and screaming like a girl

some old dude once told me this: you look it in the eyes, and in a very soft voice, you sing "Viva Las Vegas"...I have never tried this but apparently this will make the dog less aggressive.
