Best Touchup Paint Kit Available for Car/Truck?

I've been looking at Dr ColorChip, Dupli-Color 3-in-1 and GeniColor pens. Are there other solutions that are relatively quick and do a great job fixing small chips in the paint? Pros and Cons? What's the best approach for a simple non=-professional chip repair?

What color car?
I've used Dr. ColorChip (the one where you smear the paint on) and it works well for paints that are non-metallic.
I've also used Dupli-Color sprays, but that's a little trickier.

White platinum tricoat (I know it's tricky)

Hmmm...
The white part is good, but if IIRC, that is like a 4 step process from the factory as opposed to a 3 step process on regular paints.
If it is on the bumper, I'd try Dr. ColorChip and see how it would come out.

Anywhere local I can buy that or do I have to order it online?
